Network Marketing; the term carries a stigma for many. For some, the business model is simply a scam. Others may get more specific and call it a pyramid or ponzi scheme. Then there are those that acknowledge it as legitimate method of enterprise, but not a sociably acceptable way of doing business. The truth of it is , the business has a bad image. Finally, the view one has of the network marketing industry will have a tremendous effect on their success in the mlm business.

In Multi-Level Marketing, a network marketer must have great belief in the industry they promote. If there is a lack of belief in the MLM business model, the success of the marketer is unlikely. It's been said that one of the keys to success is to find what you love, and do it. In network marketing, one must embrace it, or let it go.

Developing passion is essential to success in MLM. If you think about it, the system of business requires it. The whole business concept is based on transfering belief in the product and system from one prospect to another. A smooth operating multi-level marketing business can be a rocket to success, with the engine being fueled by passion, and the ignition fired on belief.

If a marketer does not have a healthy mix of these essential elements, they will soon run out of gas. They may substitute excitement for passion, and hype for belief, and as a result sponsor some people.However, without these fundamentals for success, they will quickly run out of gas.

It's important to consider how one can train and inspire those they sponsor, if they don't have faith in vehicle they have chosen for success. How can one have the expectation of their sponsorships to grow their business if they lack that passion themselves?This does not only apply to mlm, but to success in life in general.


If this combination is such a vital part of success, how does one go about finding thier passion and belief in the business? Here are a few ideas that might help:

1. Avoid Negative People- Don't try and sponsor people who you know are negative and will only try to diminish your belief.
2. Be a Master Student- As you study the business, you will find an appreciation for the power of it. Seek out books, cds, articles and anything you can to learn about this great business.
3. Hang with the Believers - It is almost a given, you will start to think like the people whom you associate.

4. Develop Role Models- Single out leaders in your company or trainers in the industry. Learn from them, and follow their success. Seek out rags to riches stories. These are testimonials that mlm works, and will inspire you to believe that it can work for you and others as well.
5. Get Yourself In Gear- There is no subsitute for action. Get out there and doing something, it may seem awkward at first, but do it enough and it will become a part of you.

After evaluating many business models, I have no doubt in my mind that network marketing is the most feasible way for the average person to create wealth. There is virtually no other form of business that can provide the rewards of time, freedom and income that network marketing can.If you will invest the time to research and understand the network marketing industry, you will gain confidence in the industry.

Multi-level marketing success is much more feasable today because of the introduction of the internet, almost anyone with a computer and a good work ethic, can find success.Thanks to the power of the internet, many top marketers are building their bussinesses completely over the internet. They may have changed the method of message delivery, but the message is still the same. These marketer's believe in MLM, have passion about it, and there for have great success in selling the system they love.

Success can be elusive in Multi-level marketing, if you are struggling, perhaps a gut check is in order. Take some time and research and study the industry, its leaders and trainers.Inspire yourself through the success stories of others, and ask yourself things like "If I were to achieve great success in the industry, would I be proud of my accomplishment?".
If you answer "no" to your gut check questions, you probably want to give serious thought to getting out of the business.

If the answer to your gut check turns out to be "Yes" , then put all your mite and mind into growing the business. Your passion will increase, and your business will grow as a result.
